The City of Torino represents the community which lives on the municipal territory and it enforces its self-government, it takes care of its interests and promotes its civil, political, economic and social development.

The City of Torino benefits from statutory, regulatory, organisational and administrative autonomy, as well as from fiscal and financial capacity. It holds specific jurisdiction and competences on its territory as well as those assigned to it by national and regional laws.

Within smartCEM, the City of Torino offers its skills and its territory as an experimental field to test new solutions within the field of e-mobility and will support and encourage the project also through dissemination activities.
